INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

HOT ROD PLANET PROMOTIONS works hand in hand with vendors, as they are considered to be a vital and fun part of any Car Show or event. Vendors are encouraged to join us in our endeavors.

However, it is understood that we cannot accommodate every vendor that wants to participate in our event(s), due in part to space constraints, conflicts with the hosting organization, or local city and state ordinances. Hot Rod Planet Promotions reserves the right to deny any vendor the opportunity to work with our organization.

But rest assured, when you do partner with us, we will ensure that you are made an integral part of our event. In return, we simply ask that you offer our participants only the finest products and services, and that you stand behind them. We strive to impress our event participants and we ask that our vendors do the same.

City Business License Requirements. Please note, that a business license is required for the respective city that any of our Car Shows or Events are held. Therefore, if you will be selling or collecting money at any of our events, we will require that you obtain a business license applicable to that city's jurisdiction and standards. Each vendor will be responsible for the cost of that license and will be required to present it to Hot Rod Planet Promotions, as well as any city officials that may inquire. Vendors will be responsible for the taxable amount that is due to the respective city where the event is held.
